How We Ship:
We're all about options here at the Social Work Rookie. That's why we offer a variety of shipping methods to get your mental health goodies to your doorstep just when you need them.
Shipping Costs:
The cost of shipping is based on the method you choose and the size and weight of your order. And if we're
offering free shipping, we'll shout it from the rooftops (or at least clearly mark it on the product page).
Processing Time:
We're just as eager as you are! We aim to process and pack your order within 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order is on its merry way, you can expect it to arrive within 5-7 days for standard shipping, 3-4 days for express shipping, Just remember, these are estimates and actual delivery
times may vary.
Tracking:
We'll send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package's journey.

If for any reason you're not head over heels for your purchase, I am always happy to help!
Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
Condition of the Product
Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition (if applicable): unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective or we made an error, the Social Work Rookie will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact the Social Work Rookie at: socialworkrookie@gmail.com and provide the following information in your email:
- Provide your name and order
number - The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Upon receiving your return request, we will email you back to let you know that your request was received and keep you up to date throughout the return process.
